SACAL SpA processing personal data of its employees for purposes related to contractual obligations and regulatory activities and for the management of its resources.
The processing of such data is maintained on computer and paper and is made only by employees specifically responsible for this, and duly informed of the requirements of confidentiality and security provided by the d. lgs. 196/2003.

For the management of such data, SACAL also reserves the possibility to secure the cooperation of the Company and / or external consultants, which also forced the adoption of minimum security measures provided by the decree.

For the sensitivity of data processed, SACAL implement a policy characterized by special attention and confidentiality and shall ensure that all personnel involved in the treatment SACAL use the same caution. To protect and respect for privacy, all information regarding the business life of the employees are in fact considered to be confidential and shall ensure that SACAL is to be part of the whole company staff attention and respect of rules of confidentiality.

The conferment of data you have requested is optional, any refusal to provide the services we can not perform correctly and completely the transactions of your interest and relevance.

In relation to the processing of personal data above, SACAL guarantee the ability to enforce all the rights provided for in art. 7, 8, 9, d. lgs. 30 June 2003 No 196, who are called in full, including:

• know the existence of data processing;
• obtain from the data, erasing, blocking, updating, correction or modification of data.
