SACAL SpA, by virtue of its role as manager of the airport of Lamezia Terme, monitors through the Service Charter Aeroportuali The quality of its services for users.

Personal data provided by users through the appropriate form, in connection with any service problems are handled on computer and paper.

The processing of such data is made only by employees specifically responsible for this, and duly informed of the requirements of confidentiality and security provided by the d. lgs. 196/2003. These data also are processed exclusively for purposes related to the "Managing Complaints."

The conferment of data you have requested is optional, any refusal to provide the services we can not perform correctly and completely the transactions of your interest and relevance.

In relation to the processing of personal data above, SACAL guarantee the ability to enforce all the rights provided for in art. 7, 8, 9, no. 30 June 2003 No 196, who are called in full, including:

• know the existence of data processing;
• obtain from the data erasure, blocking, updating, correction or modification of data.
