SACAL SpA carries out research and selection of personnel for purposes related to its internal needs for implementation of its corporate staff, therefore the data provided by you through the shipment or production of curricula will be used exclusively for the aforementioned activities.
The comunichiamo also that your data will be acquired and processed in paper form and / or on magnetic media, electronic or telematic only by employees specifically responsible for this, and duly informed of the requirements of confidentiality and security provided by law no. 196 / 2003, solely in order to assess the possible interest in the future constitution of an employment relationship, the data will be treated up to a maximum of 3 months, then will be destroyed.
We inform you also that in the case of sensitive data from the treatment of SACAL will be possible only after your written and signed in original. Thus, the curricula and containing sensitive data transmitted by e-mail that does not allow the autograph signing the authorization form, will be immediately destroyed.
The provision of data is optional and its refusal to supply them and treat them will determine the inability of the stylus to enter data into its database and, consequently, to establish any working relationship.
