Video surveillance activities
(in accordance with art. 13 of law no. 196/2003)

SACAL announced that, for reasons of public order and the protection of corporate assets, certain areas of the site airport is controlled through a system of video surveillance. The presence of video surveillance system is evidenced by the signs.

The shooting, recorded by cameras on magnetic media, digital, are completely destroyed within the time limits provided for by the legislation in question. The custody of the material occurs in protected spaces and inaccessible except by staff SACAL being responsible. They also will not be in any case transferred to third parties (subject to any requests from the court) and will be used exclusively for security reasons.

SACAL also undertakes to use such occasions in full all the information provided by Italian legislation on the handling of personal data.

 

 
  In relation to the processing of personal data above, SACAL also ensures the ability to enforce all the rights provided for in art. 7, 8, 9, no. 30 June 2003 No 196, who are called in full, including:
  • Aware of the existence of data processing;
  • Obtain from the data, erasing, blocking, updating, correction or modification of data.
