Personal data are treated by those expressly entrusted with specific powers and consequent responsibility.

In accordance with the principle of transparency of the treatment have been drawn to the informative (administrative activity - HR management - managing complaints - recruitment and selection - video surveillance) ex art. 13 of Legislative Decree No 196/2003.

These provide information to all those intending to give Sacal their personal information to exercise their rights under Articles 7, 8 e 9, of Law 196/2003 and in particular:

the right to knowledge, knowledge, namely, that the data is owned and handled by one third;
the right to accurate data, that is, get the upgrade, the adjustment and integration of data processed;
the right to oblivion, that is, obtain the cancellation, transformation or blocking of data handled in violation of the law;
the right to object to the treatment, which protect against the processing of data for illegal purposes;
the right to object to the usability of data, which oppose the use of data in terms of evaluations on their person.

These rights can be exercised against the Head of the database in which they kept your data.

		PRIVACY Sacal considers the protection of the right to privacy of personal data between the guarantees of its primary business organization. Sacal in the processing of personal data shall be in accordance with the principles of necessity, legality, fairness and not surplus, in full respect of existing legislation and through a system of self-monitoring and self-discipline (Document Security), so that the protection of personal privacy and entering into the system of quality management company.
