Responsibilities:

• Identify, nominate and instruct those responsible for writing specific treatment, which have the task to identify, nominate and appoint in writing the charge to the processing of personal data;

• Identify, nominate and appoint in writing the head of management and maintenance of electronic instruments;

• Identify, nominate and appoint in writing instructed the security copies of databases;
  Director: A. Parisi.
  
  
• Ensure an adequate education that all the operational managers of databases adopt, through appropriate information to their employees, security measures for the protection of personal data;

• Establish and update any changes to the list of locations where the data (outsourcers);
   
• Establish and update any changes to the list of offices where the data;
   
• Establish and update any changes to the list of databases being treated;
   
• Establish and update any changes to the list of processing systems (computer and paper);
   
• Define and check twice a year the arrangements for access to the premises and the measures to be taken for the protection of areas or premises, in order of their care and accessibility;
   
• Monitor and ensure that all security measures to protect personal data are used by outsourcers;
  

Ensure the safekeeping and preservation of media used for copies of the data.
